Terms of Service

1. About the service

We create personalized songs based on material you provide. The service has two parts: a lyric studio where you develop and approve the lyrics, and a production stage where one of our producers creates, edits and quality-checks the music.

We use generative AI tools as part of the work. Nothing is delivered automatically — a human always reviews and approves everything before it's sent to you. Read more on the AI transparency page.

2. Ordering and payment

You can develop a set of lyrics without paying. A binding agreement only comes into effect once you complete payment at checkout. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies, including any add-ons.

Payment is processed through our payment provider. We never store your card details.

3. Delivery

Delivery time depends on the package you choose and is shown as a date before you pay. If we need additional information from you, the delivery clock pauses until we hear back.

Delivery happens digitally to your account. Physical products, such as a printed lyric poster, are shipped separately.

4. Revisions and corrections

Every package includes a set number of correction rounds. A correction addresses something we're responsible for or information you already provided: a mispronounced name, an incorrect detail, a technical audio error, or a required detail that's missing.

A creative change is something else: new information, a new genre, a new voice type, a major rewrite after approved lyrics, or an entirely new musical direction. Creative changes are ordered as add-ons.

5. Right of withdrawal

A personalized song is made to your specifications and carries a clear personal imprint. This affects your statutory right of withdrawal. You expressly confirm this at checkout before paying.

If we're unable to deliver as agreed, we'll refund you in full or in part.

6. Your material and your commitments

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to submit the material you send us, including text, photos and recordings, and that information about other people is provided lawfully.

The lyric studio and our AI tools are part of the aSongio ordering flow and may only be used to develop a song you order from us — they are not a free, standalone writing tool. Drafts created without a completed payment are for personal use only and may not be published, sold, recorded or used commercially. Automated or large-scale use of the tools is not permitted, and we may restrict access if we suspect misuse.

• You may not submit copyrighted lyrics you don't have the right to use
• You may not request imitation or cloning of a real person's voice
• You may not order content that is defamatory, threatening, harassing or hateful
• You may not publish personal data about others without a legal basis
• You may not claim the song was made or performed by a real recording artist

7. Right to decline an order

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order that violates these terms, the law, or our acceptable use policy. If you've already paid, we'll refund the amount.

8. Rights to the finished song

You keep the rights to your own story, photos and any text you wrote yourself. The usage rights you get for the finished song depend on the package you purchased. This is described in detail on the Rights and Licensing page.

9. Liability

We're responsible for delivering a song according to the brief you approved. We're not responsible for how you use the song, for third-party processing times during distribution, or for indirect damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For an order already in progress, the terms you agreed to at purchase always apply — we keep a copy of the text you accepted.
