How fast do I get it?

You write your lyrics in 10–15 minutes. Delivery takes up to 48 hours depending on the queue, but it is usually much faster. Memorial orders get priority. Need it in a hurry? Ask about 3-hour express delivery for an extra $49.

Who writes the song — me or you?

Accepted Answer

You do. You build the lyrics yourself in our lyric studio with AI as a writing assistant, and you choose the style and voice. Our job is quality control: we produce it, pick the best musical take, make sure the names are pronounced right and that it actually lands emotionally before you get it.

Do I need to be a writer or know anything about music?

Accepted Answer

No. Answer simple questions, or write freely like a letter. The studio suggests the rest and you click your way there: funnier, more emotional, simpler, more poetic. Musical choices are described in plain English.

When do I pay?

Last. Tell the story, build the lyrics, approve them, choose the music and review your order — payment comes after all of that.

What if something is wrong?

Wrong names, incorrect facts you submitted correctly in the brief, and technical audio issues are fixed at no cost. Changing genre, changing singer, adding new stories or rewriting approved lyrics is a new version at the current price.

Will it be on Spotify?

Not today. You get an MP3 for private use. Streaming releases may arrive later as an add-on.

What does private use mean?

Accepted Answer

The song is for personal, non-commercial use. Play it at your event, share it with family and friends through your private link and keep the file. You may not publish it to streaming services, use it in advertising or sell it.

Can you make it sound exactly like a famous artist?

Accepted Answer

No. We never imitate or clone a real artist's voice. We can absolutely work with the same instruments, tempo, mood and production style you love.

What happens to my information?

Accepted Answer

It is used only to create and deliver your order. Nothing is published without your approval, we do not train AI on your content, and you can delete your project or your entire account whenever you want.

Three weeks is comfortable, but most songs are delivered within 48 hours. Need it sooner? Ask about express delivery.

Yes — just tell us in the brief and we'll cut a short edit for the walk-in.
